International Conference of sub-Riemannan Geometry and Vision

The conference will focus on geometrical analysis in Lie groups and PDE in subriemannian setting from one side, and on mathematical and computational models of the functional architecture of the visual cortex on the other.

Scope of the conference is to favor the synergy between these disciplines bringing together researchers from mathematical analysis, geometrical measure theory, vision, and cognitive neuroscience.

The conference is the closing event of the european project GALA - Geometric Analysis in Lie Groups and Applications.
